Affiliate Program (Crowdfunding of the Supporters of Biozipcode)

[Registration Requirements and Process]

Individuals aged 18 or older and corporations are eligible to register for this program. Applicants must complete the designated online form provided by StudioMakyu, Inc. (Supporters of Biozipcode) to submit their application. Upon registration, an affiliate ID will be automatically issued, and affiliates can begin their activities using the assigned referral ID and URL.

*We reserve the right to terminate affiliate registration based on the review process or the nature of the affiliate’s activities.

Affiliate activity reports and performance updates will be sent via email by the end of the following month. The email address registered in this program may receive notifications related to affiliate activities. Opting out of this program will stop these notifications.

This affiliate program is intended to spread awareness of Supporters of Biozipcode through personal engagement rather than simply relying on traditional crowdfunding platforms. It is not designed solely for financial gain, so please register with this understanding.

[Commission and Payment Terms]

Affiliates will receive a 17% commission on the total amount of donations and contributions made through their referrals. Payments are processed at the end of the following month after the end of each calendar month.

Bank transfer fees may apply, and in such cases, affiliates will be responsible for covering the fees. For payments made in ETH or USDT, transfers will be made at our designated exchange rate, with transaction fees deducted. If the transaction fee exceeds the commission amount or if the commission is less than 15,000 JPY (About $100US), the amount will be carried over to the following month.

*For banks outside Japan, a transfer fee will be deducted.

[Rules and Code of Conduct]

Affiliates must not engage in activities that violate public order and morality or use misleading advertisements. Spam and fraudulent activities are strictly prohibited. All promotional activities must align with the legitimate and appropriate purpose of this program.

[Intellectual Property and Content Usage]

Logos, images, text, and other materials provided by StudioMakyu, Inc. (Supporters of Biozipcode) may only be used for affiliate activities. Unauthorized modification, distribution, or use for any purpose other than the approved affiliate activities is strictly prohibited. Dedicated promotional materials can be accessed via a specified page.

[Termination and Cancellation Policy]

Affiliates may cancel their participation in this program at any time. However, to officially request cancellation, affiliates must submit their request through the Supporters of Biozipcode cancellation form.

*Please note that once the cancellation request is submitted, all pending affiliate commissions will be forfeited.

The termination will be finalized within 30 days of the cancellation request. Additionally, if an affiliate violates these terms or if the program is discontinued, StudioMakyu, Inc. reserves the right to immediately terminate the affiliate agreement without prior notice.

StudioMakyu, Inc. holds no liability for any losses or damages incurred by affiliates due to program termination or any affiliate-related activities.

[Anti-Social Forces Exclusion Clause]

Definition:
“Anti-social forces” in this clause refer to organized crime groups, gang members, right-wing organizations, entities or individuals with close ties to such groups, or any similar organizations.

Affiliate Commitment:
Affiliates must confirm that neither they nor any of their officers or employees belong to or have had any association with anti-social forces in the past five years.

Prohibited Activities:
Affiliates and their associates are strictly prohibited from:

• Providing financial support or benefits to anti-social forces.
• Using intimidation or coercive tactics in negotiations.
• Collaborating, supporting, or engaging in activities with anti-social forces.

Contract Termination:
If an affiliate is found to be in violation of this clause or identified as an anti-social force, StudioMakyu, Inc. reserves the right to immediately terminate the affiliate contract without prior notice. In such cases, the affiliate will not be entitled to any compensation or damages.

Additionally, if an affiliate has not referred any new registrations via their affiliate link for over one year, their account will be automatically deleted. Any outstanding commissions under 5,000 JPY will not be paid out, so please be aware of this in advance.

[Liability and Compensation]

If an affiliate’s violation of these terms results in damage to StudioMakyu, Inc., the affiliate will be held fully responsible for compensating all losses incurred.
